-Provide support, solution & guidance to APR COS team to drive customer satisfaction
-To enable an efficient order taking from all clients across Asia (HK, Taiwan, China, India, Japan, Korea, Australia) and providing a proactive customer service support to them.
-To ensure a smooth processing of orders and enquiries as well as coordination between all internal and external partners
-To enable a very efficient coordination and communication between all internal parties (Planning, Logistics, finance, manufacturing sites in Asia (China, Japan, India…) and Clients.
-Contributing indirectly to the growth of our sales by being one key pillar of Asia operation team and always on the lookout for new improvement that can contribute to business expansion
-To manage in a timely manner any customer complaint.
-Lead and drive improvement projects (process standardization, E order, MOV etc)
