－Conduct supplier quality surveillance and capacity audits, First Article Qualification (FAQ),  Drive continuous improvement of supplier s quality, cycle and delivery performance
－Work with suppliers to get appropriate quality documents for new parts/products, such as PPAP, APQP, FEMA, Control Plan, FAI etc
－Eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may effect quality and delivery requirements.
－Drive suppliers to resolve material quality issues within agreed timeframe. Facilitate supplier Failure Containment, Correction and Prevention by introducing QMS, Process Controls, FEMA, PPAP, etc.
－Work with the product development and supply base teams throughout the product life cycle (New product introduction and sustaining) to manage the component / supplier quality.

－Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Fluent spoken and writing English and Mandarin
－Minimum of 5 years experience in a Supplier Quality/Auditing/ Development role within an industry manufacturing environment, preferred within an automobile manufacturing environment.
－Excellent understanding and practical experience in quality systems (QS9000/TS16949/ISO9000) root cause analysis, and preventive QE techniques (PPAP, APQP,FEMA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA and etc.).
－Extensive hands on experience in actual manufacturing processes. Good understanding of new product development process.
－Good Interpersonal skills, ability to work with people from different backgrounds, cultural. Ability to take responsibility and make decisions based on facts.
－Knowledge of six sigma processes and with some basic Lean knowledge and principals
－Work in Danaher Xiamen, Shanghai or Tianjin Office
－Directly to report to Danaher Sourcing Director in China, Dotted report to Procurement manager in UK.
