| Purpose of the position
-To lead & direct South Area acquisition of new opportunities by coordinating with the local business to support the project GAIN for 8 provinces in PRC.
-Explore new business opportunities, develop strategies in tapping new channel & market and provide application gas solution to our customers
Principal responsibilities
-Marketing & Business Development
-Consolidate and interpret market-in data to provide considered opinion and leadership to all Linde stakeholders
-Identify opportunities and lead the development of new business, solicit different opportunity and engage with relevant parties to ensure positioning of the winning new projects or business opportunities
-Strategy Planning & Delivery
-Assist in the RBU business planning process, including development of the RBU annual plan;
-Work closely with Central Business Development team to help implement the strategy and deliver the performance contract.
-Capability Development
-Lead the development of area sales capability to handle the full scope of the Linde gases portfolio;
-Build up strong customer relationship and customer management plans with RBU stakeholders and local sales teams;
