Purpose of the Job
-To assist the BSC director in the development and implementation of all aspects of BSC strategy, planning, execution and compliance in support of business growth in China
-Provide project management when BSC rollout across China
-Manage team s activities in order to meet project life cycle requirements at optimal cost
-Internal Controls & MICS - Ensure proper internal controls are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected, the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls
Responsibilities:
-Assist BSC director to deliver business case of each initiative
-Make sure BSC project fully align with target breweries managment and HQ function leaders
-Understand process as-is for each breweries and identify the gap
-Rollout standardized process developed by headquarter and optimize the variance between target breweries and standardized process
-Make sure BSC rollout synchronize with IT projects like SAP and other projects like restructure
-Lead developing and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) with the BSC customers
-Lead On-the-job-training and SOP
-Lead developing all the training material for rollout
-Lead developing service charge proposal and close it with clients
-Assist operation team pilot successfully in the first month
-Ensure proper internal controls in BSC ensuring no material weaknesses possible, and MICS compliance
-Manage the Macro Process budgets within each fiscal year
-To ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping to meet the customer s needs and serve as the escalation point for customers
-Ensure alignment to Macro Processes, Risk Management, Routine Management with Global BSC
-Implement T&M process & KPIs for BSC routines |
| 职位要求: |
-Minimum University Degree(accounting), MBA would be beneficial
-5 years rich project management experience
-5 years management experience is must
-8-10 years experience in finance & accounting is must
-6 sigma certificate would be beneficial
-Result oriented leadership/Highly capable in building teams
-Service oriented mindset
-Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers and business contacts
-Skills for streamlined & integrated organization
-Good English
-Understanding and alignment to 5S,workflow,SAP |
