－Develop quality assurance system, facilitate business Quality Strategy systematically.
－Lead a group to manage raw material, process standard and formulation as well as product development.
－VOC and drive continuous improvement with lean manufacturing approach.
－Facilitate communication with channel, function support team on quality issue.
－Facilitate communication with WW quality team.

| 职位要求： |
－Engineering Bachelor Degree or above, Materials science or Chemistry majors.
－At least 5 years working experience in continuous manufacturing, litho is preferred. Hands on approach with desire to understand all process aspects.
－Be familiar with ISO and quality management system Good computer skills, familiar with MS office software and statistical tools (Excel, JMP or Minitab) Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work attitude and problem solving skills Focus on detail.
－Fluent English skills both in written and oral Master of quality tools, 6 sigma BB knowledge and DOE experience are preferred |
