1. Provide leadership and training on Lean philosophies and tools to the entire department.
2. Develop, plan, administer and implement process improvement initiatives and kaizen events.
3. Analyze work process, measure data, take out waste and drive standard work.
4. Develop metrics, scorecard to assess effectiveness of lean activities for continuous improvement.
5. Assure ongoing lean training for all employees
职位要求：
1. 3 to 5 years experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, kaizen is a must.
2. Organized problem solver with hands-on proven track record in driving and implementing lean process.
3. Familiar with wide range of metrics and process methodologies.
4. Must have ability to train individuals in all aspects of process improvement activities.
5. Able to speak good Chinese and English. Knowledge in Japanese will be an added advantage but not necessary.
6. Possess good cross functional leadership skill.
7. Independent self-motivated and has excellent people skills.
